Valuing the dignity and worth of all individuals, regardless of their background or circumstances, and fostering a respectful learning environment.

Creating a classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and collaboration, while also providing individualized support and feedback to students.

Prioritizing student learning and development, and providing the resources and support necessary for them to succeed in this profession.

Staying current with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in massage therapy and continuously seeking opportunities for professional development.
